Der Verein ist gemeinnützig und alle handelnden Personen im Vorstand arbeiten ehrenamtlich.
Die Spendengelder an die SamburuHilfe e.V. sowie die Mitgliedsbeiträge werden für nachhaltige Lösungen im Sinne einer Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe eingesetzt. Die Verwaltungskosten betragen rund 3 %, das bedeutet das von einem EURO Spende 97 Cent direkt vor Ort bei den Menschen und der Projekte ankommt.

Donations to SamburuHilfe e.V. are utilized for sustainable solutions aiming at improvement of living conditions and capacity building. The administrative costs amount to 3%, i.e. from a donation of 1euro 97ct go directly to the people of Baawa and to the projects.
